SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We will send a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping origin and delivery time
Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in China. The estimated delivery time is 7 days from dispatch. Shipping options and shipping costs are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.

Delivery destinations
We ship to the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. The destinations we currently serve are the ones available at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Currency
All prices on this website, including shipping charges, are charged in the currency shown next to the price on the product page and at checkout. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details in your dispatch confirmation email.

Lost or delayed deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact hello@langfordlondon.online with your order number. We will review the delivery status and assist with the next steps.
